DAVID T. AMSTER, ISP
CEO & CHIEF INNOVATION OFFICER

A 32-year veteran of the CBA market, Amster created the concept of music demos and listening stations in 1976.  He is the visionary force behind all Integra Interactive products.  Many of the Integra Interactive systems spring from Amster’s experience as a Store Planner. Amster has won three CBA awards for outstanding design.  He is a professional member of the Institute of Store Planners (ISP) and an associate member of the International Association of Lighting Designers.

Amster is responsible for all sales & marketing.



JOEL S. McCAULEY
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Integra Interactive associate since January 1999.  Has a B.S. degree in Computer Science with thorough knowledge of C++, Delphi and Visual Basic programming languages.  Web development knowledge includes Dreamweaver and Flash Macromedia software, proficiency in HTML, Visual Basic script, DHTML and Java Script programming languages.

McCauley architects the software that operates all Integra Interactive shopper touchpoint systems including myMEDIA BurnBarTM.



JAY WEYGANDT
SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS MANAGER

For 30 years Jay Weygandt served as President and General Manager of Logos Bookstore in Springfield, Ohio.  During his tenure the store grew from $67,000 to $1,250,000 in annual sales.  In 2002 Weygandt received the Jim Carlson Christian Bookstore Manager of the Year award.  He also has served on numerous advisory boards and committees in the CBA industry.

In the 1980s Jay was a faculty member with the American Booksellers Association and has taught at numerous national and regional conventions and schools. He also taught bookselling and technology in Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria.

For many years Jay served on the Logos Association Board of Directors in all capacities including Board President.  He presently serves on the Christian Retailing magazine advisory board.  Jay’s highly regarded experience with training store personnel on various point-of-sale systems coupled with his knowledge of store operations enables retailers to immediately relate to him.

Weygandt’s responsibilities include assisting retailers in maximizing their benefits of Integra’s shopper touchpoint systems, sales of Integra kiosk systems, and shepherding the development of new software applications.


RODNEY E. HUFF, MBA
BOARD MEMBER

A 16-year veteran of the Christian retail community and a 30-year music industry veteran, Huff is currently Executive Vice-President of Parable Franchising LLC.  Prior to his current position, Huff was Chief Operating Officer for Integra Interactive.

Huff's previous experience includes Co-President of Chordant Distribution Group (currently EMI CMG Distribution) where he and his company received numerous industry awards including the prestigious CBA Supplier of the year three times out of his last five years at Chordant.


ROBERT STEELE
BOARD MEMBER

A 30-year industry veteran currently CBA sector representative for Above The Treeline.  While with Spring Arbor Distributors in the 1980s, Steele developed many of the databases and inventory management services the company offered.  He developed one of the earliest Christian products e-commerce sites Trinityzone.com that he later sold to Crosswalk.com.  He has been a member of various CBA product committees working on inventory database standardization.  He is considered one of the industry's most knowledgeable individuals on inventory management and POS reporting functions.
